Jacqueline Johnson - Associate

Jacqueline has been working in learning and development for more than thirteen years. Her experience is largely UK based, however she has also worked across Europe, Africa, Middle East and USA. Jacqueline is experienced in writing and delivering a wide range of soft skills, leadership and management training courses. She has designed and delivered training for a variety of different organisations in the public and private sector.

Jacqueline takes pride in her own continuing professional development in order to ensure that she keeps up-to-date with the latest advancements within training and development. She has a creative yet practical approach to training planning and strategy, ensuring that a variety of media and training methods are utilised to expedite people development in order to support business needs.

Recent Projects

Some of Jacqueline’s most recent projects include:

• Working with two not-for-profit organisations, helping to develop and implement their training strategies
• Designing and delivering leadership and emotional intelligence programmes for a range of companies in the UK, middle-east and USA
• Writing an induction programme for a mine in Africa
• Delivering soft-skills and management programmes for a 'big five' accountancy firm
